Haven't been posting much because all that has been done is little bits for the bike. We have a new electrical system on te way because we have an ignition, wiring harness, an ECU from 3 different bikes. We starts on te paint yesterday. Can't say what it will look like exactly, but its black and BRIGHT green.

Put some fork gators on yesterday to go with the shiny CZ wheels :)
Have some wiring to do and a clutch slave cylinder to rebuild and we SHOULD be able to crank this bad boy up :thumbs

The ZRX is a really cool bike with a bunch of potential.

I am but I haven't signed on there in quite some time.  Probably will now that you mentioned it.

All of the electronics we could fit have been mounted to go underneath the hump on the seat. A huge list of parts we need to get it running have been ordered. Should be ready to start in a week or so. Getting really pumped about this bike now that I can see it all coming together.

Got all the wiring figured out, ordered a new radiator and a new ignition switch.

Thanks! Just wait till it has bodywork on it  ;)

Me and dad have talked about doing a project like this before. My brother started building this up as a track bike, but lost interest. I wanted to take a frame and make a bike. We're almost there and it's too close to the end to quit now.

So close I can smell it!

It has a chain and by the end of the week should have a "new" shortened muffler and reshaped midpipe. Still waiting on the jet kit and new ignition switch and it'll be on the road :D

I took the muffler and cut it off about 5" or so this week. The way the midpipe kicks the muffler out, I figured a shorter one would look better. What y'all think? It doesn't really matter, but I'm just looking for ideas for another bike I the future ;)
