Nice, I am going to guess with the flat roof there is now need for snow loads etc where you are ;D

Haha no, the closest snow in winter is a couple of hours away, its not a completely flat roof there is a fall to the deck side  :)

True! Telling you now though, if the weather was a bit more consistent, I would swap Sydney for St Kilda in a heartbeat!!!

aawwww come on, variety is the spice of life  :D . my sister lives up there in Avalon, always nice to visit there but no place like home  ;)
