Tried some #98 main jets. Didn't help. Going back to stock #75s and go from there. It actually flooded so bad it pissed out the overflows with the #98s.
You either tweaked float or have dirt in shut off valve for it to be flooding, 98 jets won't cause it
You probably still have blocked pilot jets
The least frustrating and probably cheapest long term solution would be to advertise for someone with experience of 1970's Honda's to fix it.
The alternative is to buy or search for carburettor, points ignition and basic four stroke engine information, you need to crawl before you walk and definitely can't run yet
