Hey, I have a questions on the valve springs. How exactly are they suppose to be installed? is there a certain direction that they need to be pointing or does it not matter? Thanks for the help!

Yes. The side with the tighter windings goes closer to the head and the looser coils go toward the end of the valve stem.
