The next best thing to an official Honda service manual is this book: CHILTON'S NEW REPAIR AND TUNE-UP GUIDE FOR THE HONDA FOURS. isbn 0-8019-5711-7. it covers the 500 and 750 and is better than any haynes or clymers by far. check amazon. It was published in 1972 by Chilton Book Company. i couldn't live without mine

Some folk swear by Mark "Hondaman" Paris's book:

Hoosier Daddy:
A couple years ago Mother Honda got legal on places shareing their copywrited Factory service manual and had to put the smack-down on them. So they aren't as common for down-load as they used to be.
For parts manuals, most of the online parts vendors use the factory micro-fische to help you find your parts including the factory part number. Some even offer a reverse look-up function that once you find the part number, you can enter that and it will tell you what other models and years it was used on. Very handy!
There are literally more than you can shake a stick at, but this should get you started.
