I'm looking for a shop that does machine work, (boring, milling heads, top end work) preferably one that specializes in motorcycles in/around the New Orleans  area. it could be Southeast Louisiana or Southwest Mississippi, I don't mind driving a few hours for quality work..

They're not motorcycle specific, but they are local, quality, and reasonably priced. A good friend just had them stroke and do a bunch of headwork on his L98 'vette motor. No muss/fuss, basically put oil in it, set the carb, and ran in the 12's.

Yea, I'm in Slidell.. I go to New Orleans at least once a week when I'm home from offshore.. I was thinking about sending my head and jugs to a shop in Virginia to do my boring and head work. Plus he coats pistons and valves with ceramic and dry lube as well. Do you know if the Harahan shop does any of that as well off the top of your head? I'll for sure give them a call when I get to port.
