DCC - The Gold Standard in Customer Service
« on: Sep 17, 2012, 23:06:34 »
I purchased some dust boots for my CB360. the ad said they would fit 33mm forks, but they didn't. Sent a letter to Kara in the crew....Before I could read the response, a credit for the difference between the right ones and the ones I needed was posted to PayPal. The letter apologized for the inconvenience, they sent the right boots out with a return postage paid sticker. This was last week. Received the new, correct boots today, and shipping the "old" ones back.

That was the easiest time I have ever had when straightening an order out. No jumping through hoops, no barrage of e-mails. They simply did the right thing.

I have DCC bookmarked, but in addition, it will be the first place I look for the parts I need.

Now I need to get 100 post's for the discount.......Great Customer Service AND a Discount? WOW?

I can't decide if I just post Thank You 100 times or not.... :D

Thanks DCC for being a great vendor. We WILL be doing more business.  8)

Cheers to the DCC crew, fellas.

I had a similar experience with DCC a couple weeks ago when I ordered the wrong size helmet.  Emailed them the issue, Kara explained everything to me, and it was processed promptly.  It was the first functional, non-frustrating experience I've had returning any product.  They've got it figured out.  Dime City all the way.

Yep, always great doing business with DCC. I'm currently  compiling a list of parts for my next project to order from them. Oh yeah, they are also pretty cool guys to hang out and shoot the shit with also.
When in doubt gas it!!!

They are awesome. The majority of my build came from them. Plus if you need advise a real bike builder will talk to you.

Have to give them  two thumbs up (cause that is all I've got!).

Got ran off the road the beginning of the month.  Once I found out the bike wasn't going to be totaled started looking for parts from DCC.  Herm & Chris have when out of their way to make sure I got the correct parts list for my mechanic (hopefully he has called in the order).

It is always a pleasure doing business with the Crew.

The DCC krew rules. I just wish they were local so I could drop in and fork over the cash....

I tried that once (they are about 100 miles away).  Worked great except I didn't have anywhere to put the parts and I have to let a fellow rider with side bags carry the gear.

I also have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very knowledgeable, and super fast at returning emails. Now if only the discount code would kick in after 8 posts, I could order more stuff already! :-\

I love seeing these kinds of threads.  People are always quick to post bad experiences, but rarely do people find it necessary to post the good.  I've got several hundred bucks in parts in my cart and this definitely makes it easier to part with my cash.

Being new to DTT, I can say I've got a long way to go before getting any discount code! Man, wish I had it! I've already made three purchases through DCC and all have been smooth and prompt. Hell, by the time I'm eligible for the code, I'll have the bike done! Oh, wait, so THAT's where the next project comes in. Learning...

=)
