My leather work...
« on: Nov 11, 2012, 08:07:11 »
About 2 years ago, I got the hair brained idea to start dabbling in leatherworking, mainly to tool a seat for the chopper I was building at the time. Fast forward to today, and I have shipped pieces to customers in over 20 states and 3 foreign countries under the name Po-Boy Bikeworks. Checkout my wbsite here: http://www.po-boybikeworks.com/
Anyways, here are a couple pics of some of may latest pieces...

Great work man.
I took the shell off of my racing snail thinking it would make him faster.

It just made him more sluggish.

Thanks for the kind words guys! Couple more customer projects I've done and a wallet I'm doing for a chop builder in China of all places. I wrote an article on one of his bikes for The Horse (something else I do in my spare time) magazine and it was named El Diablo...

Congrats on the hobby turned business!  I love the skull in the last picture.  I was thinking about doing some custom tooling on my seat, although I can't draw worth a damn.
