Picked up a '77 GS750
« on: Mar 30, 2013, 01:25:10 »
A friend called me about a bike for sale on the side of the road so I went and checked it out. The old guy ended up with this bike because a tenant had a debt with him. He's not a rider, so viola! got it for next to nothing. It's a bit of a rat '77 Suzuki GS750 with a Supertrapp and pods. It had drag bars but in the last 24 hrs. I've installed clip-ons and a Honda CB light and mounts. Haven't fired it up yet but the brakes work the motor has good compression. Here are a few pics along side my '79 XS11 project.

I think I'm just going to freshen her up, new brake lines, drop the forks a bit, clean up some wiring, taillight etc... basically make it runner.
