Yeah I know it, and I've been known to make some pretty terse remarks about guys trying to run anything other than stock intake/exhaust on these bikes.  I still have the stock box, so not all is lost.  I wonder about ditching the airbox itself and fitting a filter to the end of the original intake boot?  Ghetto fabulous, no?
