Knocked up a tool holder for the mill vice so I can do small tapper cuts on the lathe :)

Collaborated to build a slip roller for upcoming exhaust work.  Developed the design with a friend.  I detailed the design, did the welding and some of the simpler fab.  The friend that collaborated with concept did all turnings and machining.  24 inch width and should handle up to 18 gage.  Tightening the thumb wheels tightens the bend radius, tightening the T handles grips the work piece to help drive it through.

Dude, that is so nice.  Did you machine or buy the rollers?

We bought 1.5 inch cold rolled round.  The roll face is the mill finish, we only sanded it a bit then my friend did all the machining on the ends.

Very Cool, well done.
Are there bearings in the ends of the cold rolled?

Thanks!  Yes, there are high iron content oil impregnated bronze bushings on all the ends of all the rollers.
