VHT epoxy paint. It's a self primer as well. Advance auto has it for $8.

Any rattle can engine paint will work also. Just prep your springs really well.

I've never seen anything that was spray PlastiDipped look good after 30 days. It's a good thing it is "semi" easy to remove.
