Sourced a local (Witney, Oxfordshire) engineer who'll split and rebuild/true my crank with new seals and bearings....yay!

When I was using VW Beetle rear ends for my 356 Speedster replicas - I'd just get the rear end part I needed cut out and off to the lorry steam cleaners down the road. The gearboxes used to come back looking like new !

Nice pile of parts coming together there   8)

Haha...he's into aircooled VWs too and a handy mate to know ;)

The parts pile is growing....all I need to do now i simply bolt them together :)

Parts chasing is 50% of any project, I love it.
