As of today the bike  is leak free or has minimal oil leaks. Good enough.
Bike is as ready as it will get, I just need to figure out the mounting points for the saddlebags.

Pictures are better than words or so they say. Yet, photos cannot capture what the soul perceives with the human senses.

Maybe one day someone reading this, (or watching)will be inspired- nahhh, encouraged to set the time aside, not necessarily to join this trip, but to go and explore beyond your borders. Whatever those may be.
