Difference between gn 125 and gn 250 brakes
« on: Feb 24, 2018, 12:54:30 »
Hi

I was wondering, Suzuki GN 250 have bigger disc than GN125, but calipers looks very simillar. Is it possible that they used the same calipers and adjusted angle to fit bigger disc simply by changing brakes and wheel mounting point on forks (which is actually very different than in GN 125)?
Wasn't able to find GN 250 calipers mesurements unfortunetly, so I cannot compare them directly.

Use calipers from 125 on 250?
Make a front swap without buying new calipers if I don't need one?

Also, why shouldn't I want to know this? Is this some kind of secret knowledge that acquiring cost an eye?
