Hello hello, and a TX500
« on: Mar 13, 2018, 19:23:54 »
Hey there, just wanting to shoot an introduction out, as I've lurked before and finally took the plunge and joined up.  I've got a 73' TX500 that I've been working on since last summer slowly but surely.  The big steps that remain are front end rebuild (fork springs, brake caliper rebuild, stainless lines), tires, muffler swap (12' shorties maybe?), and finishing up carbs.  Thanks for having me here!

Thanks! I was floored that it came with both left and right side covers, and they're in decent condition and just need a little love perhaps.  The tank needs tome sprucing up on the right hand side, but it's not in bad shape either.
