As stupid as this sounds ...I pulled a dent with hot glue and a tea bottle. Yup...a cheap version of pops a dent. It isn't perfect, but if I want to bond or tin it it's better. Thought I'd share it with you all lol

This is awesome. I'm planning on stripping it, pulling dents, then mudding it again. Just hopefully not as much mud this time

Got the sub frame and seat mounts pretty well wrapped up, and made up a mount to use my old dr650 front fender out back. It actually fits surprisingly well, even if it looks stupid with the seat off. I will likely make up some aluminum side covers as well which will cover up the lower part of the fender.

The more I look at it, I'm kinda kicking around the idea of trying to find another tw200 lump to stick back in it. The predator would work, but really looks goofy. We shall see.

I was kinda hoping for this, or maybe an XR/XL motor or something.  I know there is the CS issue with the fat tires, but I figure machining up an offset to weld to a sprocket or something might work just as well.

I wouldn't be opposed to an xr/xl lump if I could find one cheap enough that doesn't need a bunch. Yamaha blaster motor has caught my eye too, if only because kiley hates two strokes lol
