Why did you pull the motor? Numbers looked decent for something that hasn't been run?

This frame is un-titled.  I got a second Titled frame and engine currently in storage at Levis house. ALL this has to go on the new frame.
And the other engine is claimed 7k miles.  So, going to check the numbers on it and then decide which one to use.

You have seen how Eric works right? He can't get every scrap or old grease and grime off the frame if the motors in the way LOL. ;D

Haha Im not THAT bad...am I?    ;D

Fenders are starting to rust up extra nice.

Exhaust is a LITTLE TOO RAT ROD even for this project.

Adding a little contrast and match the Supertrapp...

Those pipes are the most beautiful thing that has ever come out of Japan attached to a motorcycle.

I think Jesus is hates me.  Normally I would love to get nice clean parts in the mail.

I WANT to build a rusty rat rod.  But Im NOT going to Destroy good parts to do it.

I made the road trip to Hurcos house and picked up my titled fame and engine.

Rack arrived w Nice chrome.  UGH!!!

and the cheapy rim I ordered to replace the bent one.  ARGH.  The darned thing looks to be NOS!!!

Even has the yellow paint on the nuts!  and the whole thing is still coated in a film of sticky oil.

Once I get it cleaned off this thing will really shine.

Nothing wrong with a bit of bling to contrast the ratty part of a ratrod

I know, but Im afraid this is too much.   ;D

As I was planning on the exhaust being the only stand out nice chrome.

And now I got a "fugly" rear rim and super clean front.   >:( haha.

Im just dont get to bitch about "clean" parts very often.  LOL
