Moved the bike indoors to sit on the couch and work.  Have to make some cardboard templates up for the rear set.


The bike is mostly assembled at this point.  I want to make an aluminum kickstart and a bracket for the brake fluid reservoir.  I also want to make a beefier rear swingarm.

But I have another one of these bikes in pieces, and already have plans for it.  So this is only Part 1.

Working on the controls, started with the kicker.   Needed a tad more clearance for the rear set and also for fun lighter weight.   Made this bad boy entirely by hand, band saw and power file.  It came out pretty allright.
