It was nice today.  Ripped this around the yard.  Didn't get it up on the pipe yet but it is fun.  May try and get a rip on it tomorrow.

What front end did you use for the swap on there? And was it an easy swap ?

It is a 96 or 97 GSXR-750 fork, A Suzuki GT-550 front hub that I changed the bearings out from the standard to fit the GSXR axle(an off the shelf bearing fit)  I had to machine the spacers.

The front brake is GSXR/Savage, the rotor is early CBR1100XX.  The hub has the same spacing so if you drill the rotor it will fit, it needs to be spaced out though, so I made an adapter instead of drilling that just rotates the pattern from M8 to M6

All-Balls bearings took care of the rest, I had to make a few little spacers to get the proper preload on the bearings.

I posted up a vidjeo on my Youtube of a quick ride on it today.
