They measure up the same.  I'm also running the matching pistons, so each piston goes with it's original sleeve.

The top of the cylinder wasn’t too bad, so just about 20 min on the surface plate. 30 passes with a 240 grit flex hone @ 45°.

Yep, my garage. Well, my kiln is in my laundry room. 45° is the angle you want your hone marks. I do it on my drill press, so I have a nice rhythm count, like marching in boot camp, to get my strokes on the handle right.
