yeah i will get everything cleaned before i put everything together dont worry haha, getting the piston rings has been a nightmare and it has been collecting duct for about two weeks, any online store you could recommend?
here are some pictures of the pistons and the bore. i bought a set from cb750supply.com but the compression rings weren't thick enought to fill the compression ring groove. i measured and the piston are standard ones 61 mm. Thanks again.

uhm, i got lost at mfg, whats mfg? and there could be a possibility that the engine got different pistons and the last owner didnt know or forgot to tell me that detail
yes, the problem was in the vertical section, so they recomended me to buy the oversize ones, but i dont know if this is reasonable when i had the correct diameter.
Hello everybody, recently i bought a set of piston rings from cb750supply.com for a 1976 cb750 f, as far as i knew the engine was fully stock, so i bought the standard size ones, when i got them i tried them on and the diameter was ok because they fitted perfectly BUT they weren't thick enough...
I need the dynamo cover for my 1976 cb 750 SOHC (part #11631-300-040) & also the right side cover (part #83600-392-002A)
