I have had a steady stream of parts coming in over the last 2 weeks. A few days ago my wheels came in and I started working things out for fitment. My seat spring brackets also came in, and i felt now was a good time to do another general mockup. I ran down to my work and grabbed some used...
The frame is brown, swingarm is black, fork lowers are black
Tax return and a sold bike freed up some money to do some ordering. Heres the plans:
- Wheels - Drum brakes front and rear with all black wire spoke wheels. I found a CB360t 18" rear wheel, and a SL350 19" front wheel. They should...
Hey everyone! I'm looking to make a low slung, fast looking, cool bobber/racer type thing. I use the word "type" in this instance because it'll be a little different than what people think of when they hear the words bobber or cafe racer. I thought about posting this in specials and this was...

Dammit, I was not expecting that. I was careful...
Yeah, i figured it may be the gasket itself. Im just going to go with an OEM gasket or Vesrah just to be sure. The gasket kit was convenient, thats all :(
See, this is why I ask here. You guys always have something I would have never thought about! Yet another thing to add to my list of stuff...
Im back!
Just went and grabbed the bike from its summer home while I was away.
First thing is to pull the engine (again) and open it up (again) and see why its leaking from the cylinder mounting surface. I know I didn't knick it or gouge it when cleaning the surface, and I know I torqued...
Me too. I just hope nothing goes wrong with it while I'm away for work this summer. Knowing Murphy's Law, it will, hahaha!
Everyone take care, ill see you all in late August
