interesting tho... my next project will mostly likely be an XS650 - and i see that model under your profile pic. $400 for a non-running XS650 with everything there. dont know the year. any advise on that?
the cases are different - hence me wanting to put an SL350 topend on my CB350 case. the SL wont fit in my frame - slightly different mounts.
but now as of an hour ago, my CB350 bottom end is toast. so im looking for a CB350 bottom end now.

i got a pair of Conti Classic Attack tires on my '72 CB350 for better handling on street and track. because of the lower profile tire, my speedometer reading is off (points to higher MPH).
any suggestions on how to fix this?

i recently bought a 72 CB350.
it starts cutting out and loosing power at around 5 to 6k rpm. i believe this bike was tuned for sea level and i live in 6,500 altitude. running too rich is probably what's happening.
so should i re-jet the Keihin or buy a Mikuni? or what?
