DECEMBER 2010 BIKE OF THE MONTH - VOTING!

I really appreciate the nomination from Kev and votes from others and I'm pissed that my Internet has been down all week! I would've loved to do a write up on the bike and compete, but I'm lucky to be at a relatives house with access at this point. And to be fair, I'm still not entirely finished...

    sh!tbox CM400 project. 4/30 ttfn

Re: sh!tbox CM400 brat ish project. 10/23/10 update.. I love this project. Reminds me a lot of this Yamaha from Virus MC in Japan -- only better.

    sh!tbox CM400 project. 4/30 ttfn

Re: sh!tbox CM400 brat ish project. 8/15/10 update.. finally Do the shocks still actuate quite a bit at that angle? Trying to figure out at what "extreme" angle the shocks stop working. Sounds counter productive for keeping the bike a soft-tail, but I want 'em that way! Lol.

    Wanted: CB750 Amen Savior Frame

Who doesn't want one of these? Looking to buy an old 70's Amen plunger styled frame for a CB750 project. If you can hook a brother up, PM me and let me know how much you want.

    sh!tbox CM400 project. 4/30 ttfn

Re: sh!tbox CM400 brat ish project. 8/15/10 update.. finally Damn, this looks awesome! Digging the stretched arm and tank. Did you use an earlier set of Hawk wheels on the front and back? How easy was the swap? This is our issue with my brother's CM400. Hate the smaller wheels!

    1976 Kawasaki KZ400 Hardtail Project

Kawasakis are sick. Wrenchmonkees has been doing them for a while. This bike kicks ass.

    The Thunder Toad Cometh

The tires look great against those Comstars you painted. Diggin 'em. I also like the tail light. Good choice. Is that front tire the biggest it can go? I'm starting on my brother's CM400 soon and he wants the max on both tires front and rear. Think I may go with a set of Challengers like my...

    my hot rods....post yours!

I feel very much the same way. I'd probably take any thing and put my own twist on it, even as a kid. But I'll tell you one thing -- I couldn't and still can't do it all myself. I've needed help from others who are more gifted than me, and sometimes it does require spending some money. Not...

    The Thunder Toad Cometh

That was a good idea for the battery. What're your plans for the electric junk?

    CB750 K Carbs (76 on down)

Really need a good set of carbs, CB750 K series (76 on down) to run on my CB750A. Need a set that isn't missing any vital pieces. Needing to be rebuilt (carb kits) isn't a problem, I'll get 'em and take care of that. Just getting a good set of carbs would help my project go a LONG way. Let me...

    Solo Cycles new chop XS400

Joel, what kind of clear did you use on the frame? I need to strip mine eventually and clear it. Tell your bud I'd choose the bike, too! Lol.

That thing kicks ass. The bars and tank are especially killer.

idea for CM440 if anyone has one... wanted to share

Great job! I like the look of a smaller, beefier Cafe styled seat. Lower the headlight to line up with the gas tank and throw some clip-ons on this thing and I think it'd look mean. Like my own. ;)

idea for CM440 if anyone has one... wanted to share

Yeah, that's pretty stupid. Could look a lot better with a little more thought put into it. I've definitely seen cooler things done to that 'style' of frame.
