Looks like a mess. Hey don't forget to submerge you floats in something to make sure there are not pin wholes. I would leave them overnight or so. I thought mine were going after I stuck min in for around 10 minutes and found out about a week later that there was a small leak that didn't put...
Khaameleon take a look here it's a very helpful site. I would also go though it based off the link below. I hope you get it running well soon! Good luck!

OK thanks for letting me know. Looks great! I'll have to figure out a way to have them both fold up. I prefer the kick start. Start motors wear out. I've kicked a single 500cc over and it was 10x hard than the XS. So I don't mind.
OK thanks. I am getting me K&Ns today. I am having charging issues and I am in the mists of rebuilding a better set of carbs. Thought I would swap the jets since I was in there.

I have a XS750E model with the 3-1 exhaust and I and wanting to convert to some K & N RC-1250 cone filters. What setting did you move the needle on the plunger to (assuming you have the Mikuni MII carbs)? Did you leave it at the middle stock setting? Also did you bump the jet sizes up any?
Re: Juggernaut XS750 Cafe Racer
I heard P/C is more sinsitive to oil and other petroleum base products. If I'm wrong let me know. I would really like to see it P/Ced.
