You can go to the sec of state and download the following 3 forms.. TR-54 TR205 BDVR-108 There is another one that you'll need to do at the Sec of State in person. You fill those out, and you'll have to have it inspected to make sure it's not a stolen bike, etc.. and you'll be up and rolling...
