Love this bike and love this project. I'll be watching for sure. I would def make the frame a stand out piece. These Ducati frames are a work of art. Your pshop images look great. I've been wanting to do something like this too ever since seeing what Radical Ducati does to these bikes.
I like that one too, the one thing I was concerned with is the muffler distance from my leg but that can be changed with a longer header. I do like the line though and the exhaust tips are pretty much straight up and down which is cool.
I like this one too. Man, I have to decide so I can get...
So, I've been trying to decide on a layout for my exhaust so I can go to my muffler guy and have him weld up a new stainless header. One of the things I love about motorcycles is exhaust systems, some of them are works of art. I want mine to stand out. The pipe I have going from the stock...
Steal away, the rear light is from a Ducati Monster, got it on ebay. The seat cowl I have is in the link below. Got it on ebay as well and is made by Roc City Cafe Racers. Great quality and they have a bunch of different styles. I'll be mounting it pretty much the way it looks with those two...
If anyone good at photoshop can make my seat and tank Ferrari Yellow and the frame gloss black I'd appreciate it. Choosing a color combo has been the biggest sticking point with this project. I kept going back and forth on frame colors, etc.
Funny you mention that because even with the board I say that! Im looking at the bike thinking, "I need to do that and that and that, oh yeah, thats on the board." I need a board to remind me about the board! Thank you for the kind words, I'm looking forward to my progress as well.
If anyone is wondering, the rear tail is for a ducati monster and has integrated turn signals. The headlight I got has integrated turns as well.
I also have these on the way.
Thanks man, I need that checklist to stay focused. I'm happy to be making progress with this project finally. I'm sending a bunch of stuff to the powdercoater next week so that'll be a huge step forward. I also got a few more parts in the mail today!!!
Hello everyone, been on this forum a little while, learned a lot, now finally getting around to posting pics of my project. Got a lot of good tips from you kind folks so thank you. Project is still ongoing and parts are still coming in but I have enough now to make a good post for you to...
