Well that was entertaining. Stripped all down until I go to number 4 float bowl drain screw was seized solid. I soaked it in penetrating fluid. Warmed it. Then the head of the bolt snapped. So had to drill and easy out. Except easy out didn't work. So drilled out to 5mm and still has...

I have gone a little OTT (over the top) with the nut and bolt situation. I had a company manufacture me a new swing arm bolt and a rear wheel axle from titanium I also asked him to replace the other engine mount bolts etc etc. So other than the engine bolts I have all titanium nuts and bolts...
