Well I went through all that effort in building my carbs and then that dreaded ebay decided to get involved and send me some bits I may like.
So I bought a set of cr29 carbs for £550 which I thought was a compete bargain.
Then I went and bought some switch gear.
Because I'm fitting these...
I've been really busy at work lately so not really done much to the project.
I decided to change my rear shocks,I sent all my info and requirements to haygon and had some custom made.
I also had a play on the lathe to make some custom caps for the shocks, I've had them sent away and made in...
Not really done much on the bike been so busy with work just not had the time.
But I have finally built carbs. What a pain in the bottom that was. I had most of it working fine except the choke. I checked over and over again and just couldn't work out why it wasn't operating. In the end I...

Warmed it.
Then the head of the bolt snapped. So had to drill and easy out.
Except easy out didn't work. So drilled out to 5mm and still has...

I have gone a little OTT (over the top) with the nut and bolt situation.
I had a company manufacture me a new swing arm bolt and a rear wheel axle from titanium
I also asked him to replace the other engine mount bolts etc etc.
So other than the engine bolts I have all titanium nuts and bolts...
Yeah I totally agree. (Also makes it difficult to mount a number plate) which I have no idea what to do with this.
I'm not 100% happy with the rear shocks and want some replacements.
Any ideas.
Eyelets for top and clevis for bottom. Currently 340mm
