Thanks mate. Solved the issue by replacing the flasher relay. All works as normal now :)

Bike had an upgraded flasher relay when the leds signals were added and it worked perfectly. I disconnected the licence plate lights just to check if it will fix the issue but with no success :( I’ll recheck and clean the wires as suggested and recharge the battery

Say I add a 15amp wire for power to the switch, will I require a 15amp fuse or I can still use the 1amp for key power to munit?

What wire size will I require to run from munit battery termail > 1A fuse > red key switch? The bigger the better or do I go depending on the 1A fuse?
