I put the carbs back on and fresh fuel lines. I gave it a quick charge and started her up. The right-hand cylinder is back firing and I suspect the carbs need proper synching, but progress was made!

Re: '77 CJ360T (Café SOS) - Tank mods underway!
Plasti-Dip says something like: use naphtha, xylene (xylol), or toluene (toluol) solvents to thin or cleanup. You could try a thinner mix.
My intention today was to finish up the seat pan before work, but I have to de-tab the frame before I can finish fitting the pan sides. Today is the warmest day if the week with a high of 20* and the snow is thigh high... this wouldn't be an issue if I had a shop :'( poor me. Soooooo I got...
Still waiting on a backorder from DCC. I got a plan in my head for the back of the seat and mounting points for the fiberglass. I swear, I'm still working on it.... just not as active.

Found this tail light cheap at Wally World. $5.77 I think. I like that it ahs the plate light and I wondering about an LED conversion... we'll see how lazy I get.
I made a bucket for it so I can recess it into the bum stop:
