Re: CB360 carb sync adapters
You mentioned Canada being a pain in the backside.
Ship them as free samples stating NOT BEING SOLD IN CANADA.
Mark the shipping paperwork as such. FREE SAMPLES.
Other way is to say they were manufactured in canada and wrong item sent.

In the old days you could buy a screw in gauge for a lawn mower. I wonder if Honda or someone else would have the same idea? I once installed a float gauge on a water tank for our firetruck. You drilled the tank and shoved these probes in. The lights would show half and empty.
Just an idea...
What side did it land on? Could be the kill switch or ignition if it has a key. Use an ohm meter to track backwards. Take the fuse out and ohm out the battery cables. Are they shorted? Keep walking up to the fuse. If everything is open as it should be put the fuse back in and start walking...
Look on EBAY. I saw a guy selling some. Cant remember who or the link. Do a search for CB750F carb boots. Try honda carb boots and look at all of them.
Try these folks: MOTOLANE Salvage.

Ask for Clint.
They should be able to help
