I'm assuming you intend to clean and coat the tank. And that there is a few cc's of fuel left in there. You'll never get all of it out by draining 0- acquire 6 pack of your favorite beer, you'll need the strength 1- drain tank as far as possible 2- in a bucket, mix up 2-3 gallons of HOT water...
