Hey all, Started a CB100 scrambler build here a year ago... Life happened (fixed up a 1966 Mustang for the Gambler 500 Photos https://photos.app.goo.gl/MUYfPqZ6Nx3QimDe9, got a dog, etc etc). But! I want a trail bike for camping trips this summer, so work on the SL175 has started! Here it is...

Not a lot of progress in the last week... But got the first print of the intake done. Need to tweak things a bit to get the fitment just right, but overall I think it'll work well. Also sorted out the wiring for the turn signal and horn switches... Main what a pain to get those connected and...

Thanks! I'd guess the top nut just gets tightened enough then to keep it from coming apart, didn't see a torque spec for it. If intake length really is the important bit, I think I'll buy a smaller pod and print a shield/intake for it to have something a bit less visually large.

What's the process for tightening the head bearings on these bikes? The service manual I have is pretty quiet on it - only mentioning the top nut being tight enough that you don't feel slop in the forks but not so tight that the bars won't easily move. What about the nut under the top of the...
