    Half Fast Chicago Shane's SL350 Dirtbike/Bobber ---->

There was some pretty nice stuff, so for you to say we had the coolest stuff there is a HUGE compliment. We appreciate that. We're pretty proud of the stuff we make and enjoy blasting them around the city. Can't wait for Torque Fest next year already.

Flush Tail Light on Cafe Seat

Thanks for the links guys. I'm going to keep searching my options though. I can't justify $100+ on a tail light. If I could get just the lens for the Flush mount kit, that would be killer, but the hold LED cluster makes it pretty expensive. I can fabricate my own lights, that's not a...

Flush Tail Light on Cafe Seat

Mysta2 >>> I like the sound of what you're talking about. If you have any links to some affordable options, I'd love to see them. I wouldn't use the exact lens that I had pictured, it was more for reference. I was eye-balling a tail light from a C5 corvette, but I'm having a hard time...

Flush Tail Light on Cafe Seat

My current setup has the typical shock side mounted license plate tail light. The quality isn't the greatest and it bends a lot, plus it's really bent after my roommate backed into my bike and knocked it over. So I'm thinking about just installing a tail light into the rear of the seat cowl...

    cafe shoe

Great looking bike man. I wasn't to sure about the green, but assembled...it looks great. I don't know if this was asked earlier, but are those stock Gauges or aftermarket? If not stock, where did you get them. I like the look.

that's a great looking bike. Very classy. Besides the tank pads and badges, I'd leave it.

** PICS OF MEMBERS RIDES ** - Official Before & After Thread

I haven't gotten my tank fixed yet. The winter has not allowed me to get much done unfortunately. I think that when I dig into the tank, I'm going to shave the emblems as well. I do like the color, but I think I'm gonna lighten it up a little. Maybe an antique white or something. The color...

    Thickness of steel?

TinTin you make a good point. If I'm just going to paint them black to blend into the frame then I don't really need to spend the extra $$$ on the aluminum. Plus my buddy probably has some steel plate laying around already, vs having to go out and buy some. Thanks

    Thickness of steel?

Thanks for the pics guys. It's very helpful. I'm looking into the prices of aluminum and steel. I'm most likely going to paint these black, so the finish of aluminum isn't that important, although it would be nice to use the lighter weight metal, but I have a feeling I'll settle with steel...

    Thickness of steel?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what PB is. However, I am a big fan of PBR. Hooray!!! for Beer!!!!! All the parts to the Master Cylinder seem like they're in great condition. Everything is clean except for a little gunk in the chamber, but nothing that can't come off. All the rubber seals look...

    Thickness of steel?

tobiism, would you happen to have pictures of the plates you made for the Katana. These rear sets are for my Suzuki GS650G. which is in the Katana family and are probably pretty similar. I'd be interested to see what those plates look like.
