I've filled in the side panel gap with a metal piece and covered it in Carbon Fiber effect vinyl (temporary).
I'm thinking I should paint it black gloss or silver.

Had to cut off the rear sub frame and make a hoop to fit the seat and carry the electrics. This meant cutting and undoing the work to date with the under tray etc.

I have another SS750 engine in a BSA/Brough project (for another day), it's probably 1991 or so. There is no alternator or carbs fitted- I was going to avoid cannibalizing it, but I may have to.

I've decided to go with a tracker flat seat, I've made an under tray and I've got an SS750 rear hugger on the way- so I can't build it up much more until these get here. I'll concentrate on the wiring and the hydraulics for now

No luck with the chrome plating on the fork legs or engine casings- will have to go with blasting and powder coating- (my least favourite)
