Valves are out. I'm new to rebuilding, but I think the valves are in fair shape. I need to clean them up, especially the exhaust valves. Photo of the intake valve is after about 3 minutes with a hand held wore brush. Exhaust Intake

Motor is out. Started cleaning today. I think the 3M pads I got are a little too abrasive. Planning on painting the motor anyhow so not too worried. Continued into dismantling the motor to find what needs replaced. By the luck of Odin it looks like both of my tensioners are in good shape...
