sync'ed carbs with manometer now it runs worse, can there be too much vacuum? initial reading was less than 12 for all four so i raised them all to 20 cause manual says between 16-24

what are legal requirements on a motorcycle, some say dont need tach or speedo, and its all or none with blinkers. others ive asked say you must have speedo but no tach... will there be a problem with yearly inspections without them?? thanks :-\

not too familiar with this bike. did some googling and saw a few cafe conversions but does anyone have experience with this bike as far as a base for a cafe racer? thanks
