Before you buy need rotors have the old ones deglazed on a lathe, this can be done at any machine shop or anywhere they "turn" brake rotors.

This is how I troubleshoot. Look at the schematics and find the problem. (starter) Does the starter work? If you unhook the starter and hook it directly to a 12v source does it spin? Trace the problem back into the diagram and see what it is hooked up to. (ground, and Starter magnetic switch)...

What kind of aluminum are you using? And how thick? Everything looks really awesome!
