    1975 CB750f Brakes????

Does anyone know what other front brake caliper set-ups from other bikes would bolt on without much hassle? I am having a heck of a time finding the exact caliper I need on eBay or craigslist. There are some other calipers from other older and newer Cb's. I want to get something that fits or...

Will these fit my 75' Cb 750f?

I found these Black 7/8" Ace Cafe Racer Clubman handlebars with handle bar end mirrors and Grips on eBay for $52.50 Seams like a good deal and they look nice. Does anyone know if they will fit and if they will work right? This is what they look like.

    CB500t Removable Seat Cowl Concept

I Like the look and idea of that snap-on cowl and I might try it on my bike. Or if you make some to fit a 1975 cb750f or 1978 gs400x I might buy them from you.

Cutting my exhaust off and adding pods???

That was all very great advise. I have realized that the general consensus by pretty much everyone who on here so far is that pods and chopped pipes are garbage. The strange part about that is that I went back to the "Bike of the month" picks again for the thousandth time and every single bike...

Cutting my exhaust off and adding pods???

Okay thanks you guys for all the good insight and opinions. I have now learned that pods and a hacked exhaust can severely effect my performance. And I now understand that you can choose between max performance or that mean cafe look. The only thing that I am stuck on and correct me if I am...

This is an old topic but I have a similar bike a 1978 gs400x. I would like to know if you had to re-jet your carbs when you shortened your pipes. Also have you put the pods on yet if so what jets.

Cutting my exhaust off and adding pods???

I want to cut my exhaust down to where it is straight and wrap it with the heat tape. Then I want to get rid of the air box and put some pods or velocity stacks. That I can definitely do pretty easily but from what I have read on here it sounds like I am going to have to do some re-jetting...

    1978 Gs400x cafe start

I would also like to run straight pipes with the black muffler tape wrap look and pods. I assume I will have to some re-jetting and suggestions. the rear shocks have to be switched out and so do the tires, any ideas there. I remember seeing a post on here about diameters and parts that...

Help I need a part and can't find it anywhere

Okay after going to several sites I found a cross reference of the other bikes that use the same push-rod. Then I was able to find one on eBay. I sure hope it works. I have been going from major oil leak to major oil leak. This appears to be the last one (I hope). Thanks again guys. I just want...

Help I need a part and can't find it anywhere

Thanks for the help folks. I will try all those sites till I find the part. I would even like to find the specs on the push-rod so I could have a new one machined at work. The problem with the one I have is that it leaks a crap load of oil out of the push-rod seal. I replaced the seal with a new...
