Before you start putting bigger rotors on (naturally, a good idea) has anyone considered using a better caliper? As I am not a ace owner, I am not able to see the clearance between spokes and rotor, but I was thinking something like a pre radial GSXR tokico or perhaps CBR...

It sounds to me, the brake fluid isn't able to travel back through the master cylinder to the reservoir as it heats up (this only takes a few applications of the brakes). The most likely culprit of this is the piston in the m/c is not returning all the way after the brakes are applied. Take the...
