Still have to pick up antigravity battery and try to get the rear brake lever to clear exhaust. I figure I have several options, bend lever, use washers to space out rearset, or hammer dimple in exhaust to clear brake. If anyone has any other ideas, I am open??? Other than that, I want to...

    rear sets from dcc

I am always up for constructive criticism. I will keep working it until its right. It's time to get serious. Weather is breaking here in ny and my new wiring harness was just finished by Dan from Cws wiring . Now I will have to do something about those rusty wheels. Well guess I should get it...

    rear sets from dcc

I may get a new linkage, but this linkage it stiff as Shit. It is a threaded rod with a aluminum sleeve. The reason it is a little bent is because before I had this set up I was trying to route over swingarm and it needed to snake a little bit. Unfortunately the travel was way too excessive. I...

    rear sets from dcc

Yes I was referring to the rear set sold by ddc but made by loaded gun. Just hooked them up. Only thing I had to brainstorm about was how to hook up rear brake on a 77 kz650b1 with drums. I tried hooking it up over swing arm by flipping lever upside down. Problem was there was too much movement...

The front directionals are interesting. I have thinking of where to put mine. Is like to see what it looks like with tank on.

Not yet, but leaning toward an antigravity. Seems to be what I want. Not too cheap though.

    My '77 KZ650B(resto-mod)

1st get rid of that terrible headlight. I am having Dan from Cws wiring do a custom harness for my 77 kz. Everyone on the kz650 forums swear by his work. Good luck. Carbs are a straight forward to rebuild.

Just sealed tank with caswells. Now I have decided to let Dan at creative wiring make. My custom harness. I was going to try it but too many changes. I am moving key to where seat unlock used to be. Also all electronics will be under hump. He was great to talk to and look forward to doing...

Here it is as a roller. New Chrome shocks on the way. The knee dents were made using a 2" urethane bullet type mallet. Slowly and carefully. Not too bad really.
