tcbroschoppers.com sells hardtail kits for the xs650 but all the bike between the late 70's and 80's have pretty similar frames that im sure would fit your bike...check em out!- Gsbobber

easiest is to buy a longer swingarm but to weld it would be cheaper- Gsbobber
