Sorry if this is a repost.

Yeh, My Aprilia will do the ton. In about 4.5 seconds!......... ;)
Oh, you refer to cafe racers. I can't wait until I see what my CB350 will do. I am thinking just over the ton. And to tell the truth, That is more than you need to have fun.
The fastest I have been on a bike was 260...
I am led to believe that a longer inlet tract will increase performance, so Wee Todd's proposal to fabricate your own has merit.
Use tubing of the correct dia. and weld a flange at one end to mate with the head. Then use hose (radiator perhaps) to mount the carbs.
I plan to do this and...

I have purchased 2 1972 CB350s in bits and I have noticed that the cam shafts are different.
The one on top in the pic looks to me to be standard and has smaller lobes. It's sprocket will not fit over the lobes of the bottom cam and appears to have been built up around the bolt holes to...
Welcome.
The lines and proportions of your frame look spot on. I am really looking forward to seeing your project as it proceeds.
I am also a welder. Handy with a hobby such as ours. ;D
