OK, it turns out that the KZ250 Singles are basically overbored KZ200s... That means they also share cylinder head designs, so no reason to do the swap (besides the extra 50cc's). It also seems that the following bikes share pistons: Part # = 13027-1005 Part Description = PISTON,0.040 O/S...

Well, it seems that these bikes share crankcases: 78 KZ200 KZ200-A1 78 KZ200 KZ200-A1A 79 KZ200 KZ200-A2 80 KZ250 LTD KZ250-D1 81 KZ250 CSR KZ250-D2 80 KZ250 LTD KZ250-G1 So, their mounts should be identical and I would have no problems swapping a 250 in there. The main problem with the KZ200...

Possible? I know, you can fit EVERY motor on EVERY frame if you are willing to do so, but I would like to avoid excess chopping and welding. I start thinking of it after I have read numerous KZ200 heads reported faulty... P.S. Forgot to mention I talk about a '78 KZ frame.
