What battery are you using? I know it seems silly but I had these issues with my CB and it drove me mad. Then I finally realized the PO put a battery in that only put out 4ah. Seems silly like I said but hey its worth checking :P
I'm 5'6 and ride a 76 CB360T, I'm plenty tall enough for it, I'm sure you'd fit on one, and you could always trim down the foam to make a lower seat height :)
Your forks look like they are leaking oil there buddy ;) I'd check that out. I think that tank looked fine, does it fit or do you need to do some modifications to make it fit?
The engine is turning over, its just not starting ;)
Check for spark maybe?
Check all the wiring in the ignition circuit? Maybe something came loose during your ride.
Don't dig into it too much if you want to use it as your daily ride to school. Seat looks cool but yea not sure about the color choice :P give those carbs a good clean and you'll have a blast! I'd do something about those handle bars though... don't look too comfy :)
