I have a 1973 CB360 (10/73), it has a 1977 CJ360 swingarm on it, and as a result runs a 98 link chain. The original CB360 swingarm was shorter... if I was to guess, by 4 links... 94. Not sure if it makes any difference, but the 77 CJ is Canadian, and the 73 CB bought in the States.

I'm running Avon Road Riders 120/90-18 REAR and 100/90-18 FRONT with NO issues with rubbing, turns light and neutral. I am able to get within 1cm of the absolute edge of the tire... IMO not bad for 40 year old suspension on the street. I feel that is good evidence for a respectable profile...
