Yea it didn't sound right to me, I'm going to look at a cx500 today I'm gonna record him starting it up and post the video on here so I can get some feedback back on how it sounds before I buy it, I'm a complete rookie at this point but I wanna dive in head first and get my first project started.

the size of the tires seems rather large correct? Which is why there is minimal suspension clearance in the rear right?
Besides the obvious seat difference, what makes these two cx500c's seem to have such different lines of sight. One seems so flat and the other almost has a bit of a bobber postion to it.
