Looks Awesome man! The seat turned out great. What did you use for the bottom of the seat where the leather attaches? Was just curious. I have used all sorts of stuff, even a cookie sheet lol.
Great job,
Jachana
Nice Brace. I had one on my RT3 and it worked nice. I don't think I can run one on El Chivo because of the larger front tire now but I may just try.
Looking Great man,
Jachana
Got the monoshock frame tabs cut out and tack'd into place. Still need to finish weld it but its strong. Seat height is very nice.
Got some spacers to add to keep the shock from moving side to side.
Almost ready for powder coat.

Got the rims on and the forks in and lowered as mentioned before. Thank you Yamaha for providing a top spacer lol.
Also Marvel Mystery Oil is awesome as cleaning agent on aluminum.
TIA,
Jachana
Ah yes! its always a simple solution, I will give that a try. Thanks for the input. The first one came apart with ease but the second one not so much.
Jachana
Thanks Guys, much appreciated.
Has anyone had the problem of the plunger spinning in the fork tube when trying to remove the lower allen head bolt to take it all apart?
Any special idea or tool that can help?
TIA,
Jachana
