I did mine in metal but I used 18 gage... way to heavy, hard to work with. It is my first attempt at metal work. I will end up redoing it but I don't think its too bad for a first try.

Most of us would be riding stock motorcycles if we left it to the professionals.. Do some research and jump in both feet. Leave the professionals as a back up. ;D

No. I do still need to tune the carbs, running rich, but it should be good. Fired up on the first try and sound awesome.

Thanks! The paint was matached to the RAL number and looked really close on my test sample but on the tins it is off a little I think the black surounding it make it look darker than it is and/or my novice painting. ;D Thanks again.
